Our Birds Eye Chicken Curry's present to you a taste of traditional Indian cuisine straight from the freezer. Our Chicken Curry is made with 100% marinated chicken breast, tossed in rich tomatoes, onion, infused with traditional spices and served with long grain rice.
Preparation
Tastiest when Microwaved Straight from the Freezer.
Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
These instructions are guidelines only.
Microwave - From Frozen
- Pierce the film lid.
- Microwave on Full Power for: 700W 7 mins, 800W 6 mins, 900W 5 mins
- Peel back the film lid, stir rice then sauce, replace the film.
- Microwave on Full Power for: 700W 2 mins, 800W 2 mins, 900W 2 mins
- Stand for 1 minute, stir and serve.
Alternatively, oven bake from frozen.
- 190°C Fan 170°C Gas Mark 5 35-40 mins
- Pre-heat the oven.
- Pierce the film lid.
- Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.
Storage Instructions
Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler.

Do Not refreeze after defrosting.
Caution: The tray may soften on heating and will regain rigidity on standing. When removing the film after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.
