Preparation

  1. Cook the Birds Eye dippers as per the pack instructions.
  2. Fry the peppers lightly in a little oil or add to the dippers’ baking tray.
  3. Place the tortilla chips in a microwavable bowl and layer with the grated cheese.
  4. Microwave for1 minute or place in oven until the cheese has melted.
  5. Serve with some Mexican themed dips and Enjoy
