Preparation

  1. Wash and boil the potatoes.
  2. Clean, season and grill the skate.
  3. Melt the butter in pan and gently sauté the peas and capers until slightly brown.
  4. Serve the fish and potatoes on a plate and garnish with the peas and capers.

Tip!

  • Best accompanied by a mixed salad.
