A healthy and satisfying, Italian-inspired meal. Easy to prepare and simple to serve, it is the perfect choice for a weekday dinner.

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the basil and place in a large bowl, along with the cooked peas, pine nuts, olive oil, grated parmesan and a pinch of salt, to taste. Blend to form a pesto.

  2. Cook the gnocchi as per the pack instructions.

  3. Once the gnocchi is cooked, stir in the pesto, garnish with some additional cooked peas, fresh basil leaves and parmesan.
