Aah, happy faces round the dinner table. That’s what I like to see. So when you’re looking for something simple & tasty, why not serve delicious large Cod fillets covered in crunchy, golden breadcrumbs. Tasty any day of the week, try them with roasted veg and glazed new potatoes.

Preparation

Tastiest when OVEN BAKED STRAIGHT FROM THE FREEZER.

Oven baked - From Frozen

  • Pre-heat oven 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas Mark 7, 20 mins 
  • Cook in the middle of the oven on a baking tray, until crisp and golden

Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot. These instructions are guidelines only. Do NOT refreeze after defrosting.

Storage Instructions

Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler.
