Preparation
- Fry off diced onion, celery and carrot in olive oil without browning
- Grill sausages
- Dissolve stock cube in boiling water and to pan
- Add chickpea & spinach mix into pan simmer for a further 5 minutes
- Stir through yogurt once off the heat
- Serve with grilled sausages
- Enjoy!
