Preparation

  1. Fry off diced onion, celery and carrot in olive oil without browning
  2. Grill sausages
  3. Dissolve stock cube in boiling water and to pan
  4. Add chickpea & spinach mix into pan simmer for a further 5 minutes
  5. Stir through yogurt once off the heat
  6. Serve with grilled sausages
  7. Enjoy!
