 Who doesn't like a fish finger sandwich? These wraps are simple to make, and make a tasty hand-held snack - You could make a batch for a party. Wrap 'em how you like 'em. Fish finger wraps to share.

Preparation

  1. Grill the Birds Eye Fish Fingers for 12-15 minutes
  2. Warm the wraps on a plate
  3. Spread the wraps with salsa
  4. Top with lettuce and the fish fingers
  5. Squeeze the lime juice into the yoghurt and add a dollop of yoghurt and roll the wraps. Cut each wrap into two and arrange on a plate. Garnish with lemon

Tip!

  • A side salad and potato wedges for a party
