Simple and super quick, this lovely salmon dish tastes as good as it looks, perfect for summer evenings

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 deg C, gas mark 5.
  2. Cook the Salmon in the Bake Perfect Bag for 25 mins.
  3. Clean the baby new potatoes and boil for 15-20 minutes until tender
  4. Boil the asparagus until tender.
  5. Arrange the potatoes and asparagus on a plate and serve the salmon beside

Tip!

  • A glass of white wine
