This healthy veggie Bolognese-style dish is great served with pasta

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta following pack instructions, then drain
  2. Cook the soya beans in boiling salted water for 3-4 mins until just tender and drain
  3. Combine sauce and soya beans

     

  4. Season the ragu and serve with pasta and Parmesan on top, if you like.
