Preparation

  1. Cook the potatoes, drain and slice.
  2. Cook the peas and soya beans accordingto the packet instructions.
  3. Mix the potatoes, peas, beans, gherkins and salami together.
  4. Make a dressing with the remaining ingredients, season and leave for 1 hour to marinate.
  5. Place in a bowl and serve.

Tip!

  • To bring out the flavour of the new potatoes, add a teaspoon of caraway seeds while cooking.
