Pesto peas is a speedy side that offers a new twist on standard peas. Create this tasty little side dish using frozen Birds Eye garden peas.
Preparation
- Heat a dry non-stick pan over a medium heat and toast the pine nuts lightly for 2–3 minutes. Set aside to cool
- Drop all the ingredients except the peas into a food processor and blitz to a soft green sauce
- To serve, cook the peas according to the packet instructions. Mix with the pesto and enjoy
