This delicious 3 Bean Egg Bake is sure to be a crowd pleaser. Full of protein and lots of delicious vegetables, this recipe can be made quickly with our Birds Eye Italian 3 Bean Mix.
Preparation
- Heat oil in pan, add beans, chopped chorizo and sliced peppers
- Fry for 5 minutes
- Crack eggs into pan. Bake in oven until eggs are fully cooked
- Top with black pepper and flat leaf parsley and serve
