Preparation

To prepare... Tastiest when GRILLED STRAIGHT FROM THE FREEZER.
Medium/High 12 Pre-heat grill. Grill mins Turn over occasionally.
Alternatively, oven bake Pre-heat oven 230°C 12 Cook in middle of oven, Fan 210°C mins on a baking tray with upturned edges. Gas mark 8 Turn over halfway through.
To barbecue Charcoal must be glowing red with powdery grey surface before cooking. Turn over regularly. Cook until no pink meat remains.

Storage Instructions

Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler.
